Hello, I’m Helen, and I’ve dedicated over three decades of my life to helping individuals achieve profound insights and healing through Voice Dialogue Therapy. As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, and Counsellor, specializing in this unique modality, I’ve witnessed firsthand its transformative impact on countless lives. Voice Dialogue Therapy, developed by Hal Stone, Ph.D., and Sidra Stone, Ph.D., is based on the premise that our personalities are composed of various 'selves' or 'parts'—distinct aspects within us that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These inner voices can range from the assertive Achiever who drives us towards success, to the nurturing Caretaker who seeks to support others, the people pleaser who tries to make everyone around them happy, and even to the critical Inner Judge that creates negative self-talk towards ourselves and others.


In Voice Dialogue sessions, my role as your therapist is to facilitate dialogues between these different parts of yourself who want to be heard, understood, and healed. Through gentle exploration and guided conversations, we uncover the parts of ourselves that need to be expressed, and learn the motivations, fears, and desires of each voice. This discovery process fosters a deeper understanding of how these parts influence your choices and interactions, empowering you to make conscious decisions aligned with your authentic self.
